This is simply a short post on what has helped me with mental health. I've mostly used a combination of music therapy, meditation and mental health education.
For music therapy I have some synthesizers, a few are portable, one on my phone, and then the main being Analog Lab V for PC.
For meditation, I use the Headspace mobile app. Education wise, I tend to watch YouTube videos, or read from Blinkist.
I understand talk therapy isn't always the best option due to cost or preference, so I've added a link to an external site that lists many alternatives that may be helpful!
